About Us

The Howard B. Sherman Foundation was established in 2025, by Howard Sherman; a man whose generosity knew no bounds and whose spirit uplifted all who knew him. He never met a stranger and welcomed everybody with warmth and compassion. When Howard met the love of his life, Leigh, they off on many adventures creating a lifetime of memories around the globe. Howard's lasting legacy will be that made a great impact, an indelible imprint on those whose life touched.
His unwavering commitment to philanthropy was not just an act of giving — it was a reflection of his deep belief in the power of kindness, community and simply making this world a better place. A devoted husband, father, and friend, he lived his life guided by the values of tikkun olam, repairing the world, and left an indelible mark on all the lives he touched.
Though pancreatic cancer took him from us far too soon, his legacy of love, leadership, and compassion endures. The Howard B. Sherman Foundation serves as a testament to his vision, ensuring that his passion for making the world a better place continues to inspire and uplift generations to come.
